can anybody please elaborate on this? what course is primarily c++ programming for finance at columbia? NYU has one, and CMU has 4 mini-courses i couldn't find any at columbia's website (IEOR 4500 comes close, but comparing the course material with NYU and CMU's courses makes it sort of...

i honestly feel that the MSOR program is sort of a cash cow, whereas the MSFE at columbia isn't a lot of people that are rejected from MSFE end up being recommended to MSOR - columbia's selective about who they let into their MSFE program... MSOR not so much also, they published career...

i don't get why the interviewer didn't ask him about columbia's program the same way dr. peter carr was asked stuff about NYU's program
