Why would he do that? I do not believe that you can truly make a well informed decision between the two programs without having gotten into both. If you are still pending for one of the programs you will subconsciously always lean towards the program you are already accepted into for you own peace of mind.

So I say, wait for all your decisions and then decide.

Hi there, in my opinion to some extent maybe since tht improves the diversity, however guess their academic criteria wud be foremost imp. Did you also receive an interview call? Wat do you do in Sg?
