I do see rankings of best schools in US and UK, but could someone help in finding or ranking good Quant programs in Asia that offer good job prospects, saying this because I am an international student and I want to apply to top asian quant programs as back up that can offer job opportunities are highly valued.

There are only a few programs in Asia mostly in Singapore. We are talking NUS, NTU, SMU.
Hard to know which one is best as we don’t have data from them. You can rely on alumni reviews as we are collecting them.

Having spoken to folks at the three mentioned by Andy above, NTU stands out. NUS is known more for its humanities department, but if you want to build a career in risk management, NUS could be a viable option. NTU is the best option for Asians imo if you're not dead-set on building a career in risk management and you want to try your hand at other sell-side quant roles. There's also the fact that NTU has more internationals than NUS or SMU. I could also possibly say that NTU does have better career outcomes from the few current students I have talked to, and they place a strong emphasis on candidates having done most prerequisites and excelled at them.
