Hi everyone,

I am an engineering graduate (masters in fluid dynamics) from Vanderbilt University. My undergraduate degree was in computer science. I have been interested in the financial industry since last year and have been trying to break into it since this summer, but without much success! I did learn a lot about the financial industry in the process though and would be glad to share the information with anyone who needs it. I also still have gaps to fill in with regard to the industry and am looking forward to learn a great deal from this community.

Welcome! :)

If there is anything in particular or even in general that you would like to know, just ask :)

By the way, since you undergrad is in CS, you can consider yourself on the way to being a quant.
