Awaiting NYU decision

Hi everybody,
I applied to the NYU MSFE program on 1st December (Priority deadline) and haven't received a decision yet.
I can see many applicants have received their decision from the university who applied during the priority deadline.
Is there anybody who is in the same boat as me, and if anybody could explain the reason for the delay?
 
You are mostly on waitlist and will receive the admit given some people not accept the offer. I think the deadline is feb end.
