The 2019 Baruch MFE 5th Year Career Development Report can be found attached, and at https://mfe.baruch.cuny.edu/5-year-report/.

The first-ever report of this type, it reports data in the following categories:
- Job Tenure
- Organization Type and Area of Focus
- Nature of Work and Job Satisfaction
- Compensation: Institution Type / Role / Prior Experience / Prior Education

It covers results from a career development survey conducted on Baruch MFE graduates from 2012 to 2014, who have been working for 4 to 6 years after graduation. All 59 full time graduates from the 2012 to 2014 cohort were surveyed, and 52 of them responded to the survey (88% response rate). 50 of the 52 alumni who responded continue to work in the financial services industry, 94% of them work in the US, with 90% located in the Greater New York area.

The outstandingly high response rate made the data and responses relevant across different institution types and roles. We greatly appreciate the contribution of all of our alumni without whom this report would not have been possible!
