Hi all, any color on the best European MFE (or equivalent) programs? I've looked at UZH-ETH (seems very geared towards banking/consulting) and Oxford, but I'm curious what else is out there.

I'm looking at US programs as well, main motivation to study abroad is for fun. Willing to compromise slightly on career opportunities for an interesting location. Background is bachelors in engineering from top 10 US school, been doing quant asset management for 1.5 yrs since graduating but want to move to HFT/stat arb.

To move to HFT, Cambridge part III is a good opportunity. It’s very theoretical and with little finance but the opportunities for quant trading will be there. Imho, if you want a FE program, imperial and Oxford are the bests. ETH is a top university but the financial math program may be leaned towards sell side.
