Derivation of Dupire equation

I am trying to derive the Dupire equation and I found that when integrating by part the formula, there is few assumptions about integral when it goes to infinity. I am confused how these assumptions can be validated. My guess if the transition density function is exponential when it geos to infinity. Thanks for help.
