Hey Guys,

During my last semester in undergrad, I took 4 courses during the summer, 3 of which were Math, I got a B- on linear algebra. Upon graduation, I reread the book, and became very good at it, I mean I could even teach the course it feels like lol. My question is, would a B- in a very important subject like linear algebra make my transcript look very bad? Should I retake it, I mean the class would be an easy A for me, but the issue is time and money, please advise, thanks.

If you need the knowledge, no. If you are applying to MFE, yes. I had C+, told directly the wouldn’t cut it, so retook for the A.
