How did you get on with single variable calculus?

@Daniel Duffy Calc I and II I got an A, this semester for calc III might get a C I kinda slacked off.....chances of getting into a program might be slim because of the C? Should I retake this course.

What's in III? Why not get an A as well like I and II? I would pinpoint why a C (hard work, not?) and have another shot.

III is vector calc and intro to Multivariable calc, yeah I was skipping class and such, I know the material just poor judgement on my part. I should retake it then?

I made similar mistakes in undergrad and it hurt me later in life. To get into a graduate stats program I had to take classes part-time as a non-degree seeking student first, with no guarantee of entry. My application was denied multiple times from multiple places before being accepted 2 years later.

There is plenty of time later in life to drink beer and chase women.

Drop it. I kept a C course and had to repeat it at a very inconvenient time. Several programs won’t consider courses w less than a B

It's probably too late to 'drop' the course without reflecting on his transcript. But it probably is easier to explain a 'did not complete' code then it is a 'C' during an interview. How you spin it during an interview is up to you though.

some schools have the "W" option for withdraw. That's a better story than a low grade. I wish I would have done this for the class I had to repeat. The low grade created a lot of doubt.
