Illinois MMF program has been discontinued

It was brought to my attention today that the Mathematical Finance program at IIT (Illinois Institute of Technology) has been discontinued. I know the people running the program, Prof. Igor Cialenco and Prof. Tomasz Bielecki for over a decade.
It was last ranked 25th in the 2020 QuantNet Rankings of top MFE programs.
In its place will be a new MS in FinTech program, headed by Prof. Matthew Dixon. I expect that we will learn more about the MS FinTech program in the near future.
