Looking for Quant to work and tweak our algo for max performance

An equity only position.

A pre-seed start-up with initial commitments. We have a working algo that has been performing well against the S&P (11% YTD) and we'd like to have someone with knowledge financial markets, iterate and drive to a better more automated system.
