Hey guys, I'm an international student about to finish my undergrad in E.E from City College :).

It seems as if it'll be very hard for me to get an internship/job even w/ an MFE diploma since not being a Citizen or a Green Card holder in the US (esp in the current scene) :wall. Hence, I'm opting for Canada; I came across U. of Toronto & U of Waterloo #-o.

However, when i was researching McGill University, I came across "M.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics (Thesis) - Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) " program ran under either depts of Math & Statistics or Computer Science :smt024 .

How germane is MCSE to MFE or MCF :-k ? Could I pursuit a job of a quant if I were to pursuit this Program ?

Your answers would help me significantly . :sos:
