MFE's in Japan

Are there any quantitative finance programs in Japan open to foreign students? I'd be interested in going there for an MFE even though most companies in US probably won't think of much of it. It would be a nice way to improve my Japanese for a year.
 
It'll probably be easier if you get a MFE in the States and intern at Nomura. If you do a MFE in Japan, you'll be competing with their local students (probably better at Japanese), and you might have a hard time coming back to the States with a foreign degree (lack of local alumni network/recruitment support from school)
