I was accepted into the MFin program at MIT & Columbia's Masters in Statistics. If I do the Statistics program, I can complete it part time while working full time at my current position (in the consulting field). Also, my job will cover a portion of the tuition for any part time program.

But I also feel that the MIT program is more prestigious.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

if u like ur job and want to continue in the related field (leave for industry, lateral to mbb, or whatnot) for a while, doing columbia stats is a no brainer.

If we are admitted to MIT MFin and CU MFE, where should we go considering the job prospect ?

A better choice is to work for another few years and apply to MBA. Really
