Hey, Kindly help me decide between the two.

Despite being not well peer assessed (2.2 score), the NCSU program is still rated highly in the 2020 ranking (13th) with positives beings
1. Small class size (17 students)
2. Decent rate of employment at graduation (72%)
3. Decent average pay
Also, from the reviews it can be gathered that
4. Program has a rigorous mathematics coverage
5. Above average networking connections
6. Has had huge improvements from previous years, as evident in their ranking.
(COVID-19 outbreak impact)
NCSU Has announced that the Fall semester will be held in person from August first week.

Rutgers Business School QuantFin on the other hand is
1. Ranked similarly (15),
2. Has better peer assessment score (2.7),
3. Has Similar average pay
4. Has Slightly less rate of employment at graduation (48%).
Rutgers being a business school I feel, will
5. Not have similar levels of rigorous mathematics taught,
6. Class size is large,
7. Being in Newark connections would be better
(COVID-19 outbreak impact)
Rutgers with its location and class size will have higher chances of fall and later the winter semesters going online.
