Any chance that this will be made available in the Indian Subcontinent or in digital format. The export charges are more than the price of the book, hence I will be paying double the book price.
@dstefan Maybe this second edition should be more prominently featured on the page? I wasn't aware of the second edition until I saw this forum post, and as far as I can tell, there is no way to navigate to the book's page from the homepage.
