Hallow everyone,

My last thread received few response, so I post a new one and rearrange my language. Please share your opinion with me. I will be very grateful.

Education:
1) Fourth year undergraduate student in Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, School of Physics, Peking University in China. It is the best University in China and ranks 24th in the world according to the Times.
2) Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, UCLA. It was a summer program. I conducted research with PHD students and professors in UCLA.

Test Scores:
1) GPA 3.37
2) GRE 155+168+3.5
3) TOEFL: 111.

Internship:
1) Two month internship in Oriental Fortune Capital, whose major business is private equity.

Relevant coursed I took:
1) Math:
Advanced Mathematics/ Linear Algebra/ Statistics/ Partial Differential Equations.
2) Physics courses that require difficult math:
Theoretical Mechanics/ Equilibrium Statistical Physics.
3) Economy courses:
Econometric/ Intermediate Microeconomics/ Intermediate Macroeconomics.
3) Self-learnt courses:
Stochastic Processes/ Introduction to Operational Research.

My weakness:
1) lack of internship.
2) My GPA is not high. And some of my math courses got low grades.

Computer Language:
1) C/C++, FORTRAN, Matlab, Stata, IDL, NCL.
2) I am skilled with Linux system.

Programs I intend to apply:
1) Columbia MFE, City University of New York MFE (These two I apply to try my luck.)
2) UCLA MFE, Rutgers University MMF (These two I hope match with my profile. Am I too confident or too conservative?)
3) Other programs that rank after 20 as my insurance.
