CMU MSCF Toefl requirement for CMU MFE

I'm little confused about the policy of Toefl requirement of CMU MFE program. I'm currently an international student studying in university in the States. I'm senior now and going to graduate in Spring 2014. Do I need toefl score or not? Since I will get bachelor degree in May 2014, I thought I may not need.
 
Hey, thank you for reply, however, I'm a transfer student from a university in China and I DID transfer 38 credits from my previous university. Will it make any difference?
 
Some schools require that all your credits be completed in US. I know several biz schools do not as long as most of the your college credits are from English institutions. I believe Tepper belongs to the first category, lol. I was told to take TOEFL at their open house earlier... You should contact Tepper for further details.
