Hi, I'm a newcomer to these boards, so I hope I've found the right place to post. I have internship offers from Two Sigma and DE Shaw for a quantitative analyst role. Is there anyone here who could give advice on which to choose? I saw this thread (DE Shaw vs Two Sigma vs Citadel Offer Advice) from two years ago on WSO, but I think the information might be outdated since Two Sigma has grown severalfold. I value learning, internal mobility, pay potential, and full-time conversion. I greatly appreciate any information you could give me. Thank you for your time.

That's a fair point. Since these are internships the comp is about the same, and the job details are pretty vague. All I know so far is that it would involve machine learning research. On the other hand, I was kind of hoping to get an idea of where people stand on the brands as well.

DE Shaw. Two Sigma is obviously an incredibly successful and very reputable firm, but DE Shaw is on another level.
