UCB MFE vs. UChicago MSFM

So I noticed that UChicago has an average salary reported of $104,000, but UCB MFE has reported about $175,000. I know that UCB includes the total compensation with bonuses, but I was wondering if anyone knew UChicago does the same when reporting the 104k number or if this is just the base salary?
