US vs Europe education system

Which of the two would offer a better Return on Investment for a person coming to study from Asia, considering the following factors:

1) Cost of the program
2) Cost of living while studying
3) Job prospects, both in the respective country and in home country
4) Post graduation earnings, both in that country and in home country
5) How well regarded are these universities in home countries, thereby directly influencing the earning potential
6) Long term returns on education, taking into account the cost of living in US and Europe.

Too many variables, narrow it down if you want a productive answer instead of asking about everything together and getting nothing.

I'd say that really depends on the unis that you're applying to. If youre considering going to a top tier university, the return on investment will probably be just as high in the states as in europe (seeing as in the larger scale of things your salary will hopefuly be a lot higher than than the cost of tuituon). However if youre not going to a top 5 - top 10 uni, then the cost of studying will probably be lower in europe. Don't think job opportunities are any worse in europe than the states.. Regarding going back to your home country, as long as you opt to study at one of the better universities in europe, you shouldnt have any problems at all finding jobs. There are a lot of great unis in europe that arent necessarely harvard, but are still very well known and rank top 20 - top 30 on a world basis (source: ARWU)
