Hi, is there a video interview for the Cornell MFE this year?

The website doesn’t mention anything but the recent admissions video says you receive a link after you submit your application.

In addition, does the video interview have to be submitted by Dec. 1st as well?

If it's the same process as in the previous years, it needs to be completed within 48 (?) hours, I believe. It includes 5 soft questions to my knowledge. Nothing much to be worried about. @johnnyb

From my previous experience, they'll send the video interview link in a batch several days after the submission deadline. Then you'll have several days to submit the interview. The interview only has 5 short behavioral questions.

I have the same question too. I submitted the application on the same day as yours. And I did not receive the video invitation.

Cornell admissions director said on an information call last night that it will come out and be emailed to us 24-48 hours after dec 1. in which we have to submit it by dec 8. It is 5 behavioral questions

Hi, I submitted my video interview, but my application status under the checklist shows "In Progress". I read on the last year's thread that the status should be "Complete" instead. Is anyone else facing a similar issue? I mailed Cornell two days back, and they haven't replied yet.

Mine says "In Progress" as well. And I've not received a link for the video interview.

Hi! The staff emailed me back saying that 'in progress' means application is under review which you have nothing to worry about. If your application has some issues, they will email you so you do not have anything to worry about.

Admissions in bulk must be coming soon, I received my admit about 10 days ago.
