Depends on 1) the rest of your app materials and 2) target school.
Check through the tracker here- plenty of 170s aren’t accepted to top programs. But I think the probability of rejection is higher the lower your score.

I must say it depends on other aspects in your profile.
If you lack certain courses, or lack internship experiences, improve on those, they are important than 168.
If you are good in other aspects, then take the test again. 168 is above the bottom line, but not good enough.
