Agree with AshokKumarMut... Take Baruch, your 5 years experience should compensate the brand name (maybe it would be a little different if you go back right after graduation). But to find a job in NYC, there's no question about that (that's from the viewpoint of a Columbia OR graduate).

I think the best is to avoid those kind of debates about "which is the best/most useful" language. A good programmer understand the specificities of each language and their limitations. So the best would be to learn and try as much as possible. Working with C++ and Java (for instance) would let...
