C++ Programming for Financial Engineering

I think this course was well designed and captured a lot of the C++ I wanted to learn while simultaneously integrating financial systems.

I learned a lot from this course. It gave me a solid foundation in C++ Programming. From OOP to OBP and also generic programming. hope the certificate with distinction will help me to secure an MFE offer from my dream school!

I like this course and I really appreciate the work of Prof. Duffy and my TA. The lessons are organized well that help me set up a solid foundation in C++ programming. Though some of the work is relatively rigorous, it is a good start for me to get into the financial engineering field.

It's been an intense but meaningful 16 -week learning process. The course starts from the basic knowledge for syntax in C/C++ and OOP, which is not that hard for me. And the contents gradually grow difficult. It's a great experience to build those points, lines, circle classes and the level 9 is quite challenging, where I spent a lot of time to figure things out. But the course as a whole is really something useful and it meets my goal of learning C++ and deal with real finance stuff.

The course is really challenging but also really useful.
