My GPA was on a lower side, but I took many graduate level classes in my undergrad and I think that's what helped there, since you have to fill out the form describing the contents of you classes. Also they allow to submit anything extra to the app - use that wisely.
Also, how it works, is that they admit half of the class without interviews. Then some people will be invited for an interview and exactly upper half of the people taking the interview will be offered admission.
