I would imagine it depends on the person who is interviewing you, but my experience was 4 or 5 technical questions and some chit chat at the end regarding where your interests lie. Couple math/stats/stochastic calc questions, derivative pricing and construction questions, programming question...

Don't white collar criminals and other non-violent offenders go to prisons which are less.. umm gang run? i actually don't know, but somehow I have the impression that the prisons with nonviolent offenders aren't as harsh as the ones you see depicted in the television..

if you are taking the computer test then I think you are allowed to make a mistake at the very last question of the exam... but you definitely cannot make a mistake on the first question... The first several questions determine your ball park score, and the latter questions fine tunes it..

Well, perhaps both the university admissions and the potential employers are aware of the true sentiment. However, they feel that being able to express ones motivations more diplomatically, or in a more refined way that masks the true intent is also a valuable skill in the corporate culture...

I think Cornell also has a joint program.. although their MFE is granted as an M.Eng in ORIE w/ finance concentration .. but you can do it w/ an MBA jointly
