Hi everybody,
Currently a freshmen in college looking to study maybe econ and math. Ever since reading The Quants a few years ago I became interested in investing but not entirely sure where to start. Obviously I'm taking courses on it now but they're all fairly introductory and don't go in depth. Does anyone have experience using courser courses/would they recommend them? The site has some interesting ones such as financial engineering and risk management from columbia, intro to corporate finance from upenn, and others. Also some universities (mit, stanford) provide stuff for free. If anyone advocates against using these, what're some books I could read to learn more?
Thanks a ton for all the help
