Algorithmic trading firm in Tokyo

Does anyone know any algorithmic trading firm that is in Tokyo? I understand Jane Street no longer operate in Tokyo (and so are many more others algo prop trader), does anyone knows why? Perhaps, change of policies?

I'm actually thinking of joining an algo trading team in Tokyo. Appreciate if someone could help me with contact info especially for smaller algo trading firm there. I myself cannot find too much information about them on the net.

Thank you for your reply. I noticed most moved to Hong Kong or Singapore. I'm looking for those that still around.

I been googling around. The only ones that I found that still has it foot in Japan are big investment bank like UBS, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, etc and locals like Nomura, Nissan Century, etc. The smaller player (like Jane Street) has very little internet presence. The only one I know of is Tsuru Capital.
