Any thoughts on BMO Global Markets Rotational Program

I got an offer to Join BMO Capital Markets' Quant Rotational Program. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I have a competing offer for a FAANG for slightly higher pay (100k vs 120k TC), and while I enjoyed my internships at both BMO and the FAANG, and I certainly found the work to be more interesting at BMO, I'm unsure how stable S&T is at the big banks.

Thoughts on what might be the better offer?
