I hear that cloud computing is becoming more useful for quant (and most technical/financial) roles. Is it worth completing the AZ-900?

I understand it isn't numero uno one the list of skills to learn, but how high up is it?

If you're going to the buy side, especially crypto, this may be worthwhile. If you plan on going to traditional sell side banks, this would be a waste of time.
