Baruch MFE Baruch Application Modification

Hello,
I am a prospective student for Baruch College and have submitted my online application on March 30, 2010 for Part Time program (MFE). While submitting my application, I made minor changes in my Statement of Purpose (SOP) file and re-uploaded it. But after submitting the application I found that the old file was not changed. I want to change the SOP file as I do not want to jeopardize my chances of getting considered by Baruch College. Could anyone suggest me as to what should be done to change the SOP file in my application.
