Just as title suggested, I am a first year undergrad incredibly interested in the quant space. I have founded my own club at my t50 school about quant finance and am getting promoted to project manager with a project through the masters program. Some have suggested that banks are the best for sophore year internship in the quant field, do you guys agree? I have a start up searchfund/PE internship this summer to get started but want to get started for recruiting early to try and figure out what to keep my eye on.
