Currently having these three offers on hand. Not sure which is the best option...

As I'm currently working in SG, NTU seems the cheapest option, with an intense course.
However, I do appreciate the weather in Seattle and the tuition fee in UW is much cheaper than CHICAGO. But with only 1-year program, not sure whether I can find a job after graduation.
CHICAGO seems to be the best choice, but based on quantnet ranking statistics, the average income after graduation seems to be similar as that of UW, but almost double the fee. So is it really the best choice for now?

What do you guys think?
