CMU average scores for gre? Got low quants marks.

I've just given my GRE and have got a very low score in quantz. I got 1290(580 V, 710 Q). I wanted to get into CMU's MSCF program. Do I still have any chance of getting into CMU with my quantz score or should i take up GRE again? If i take up GRE again then I have to follow the new pattern. But Im very determined to get into CMU. So please tell me what are my chances
