CMU MSCF CMU offers GRE waiver for PhDs?

Hi, I'm wondering if CMU offers GRE waivement for prior PhD holders.
I heard Baruch and NYU waive the requirement, but I couldn't find any of such statement on CMU website.
One piece of information i got is, an old GRE score that was submitted when entering PhD course is acceptable.
However i'm from Asia so I don't even have an 'old' one.
Indeed, i should take TOEFL but do i really need to take GRE either?

You can email the admission people and ask. If you have a quantitative PhD, then it's likely that they will waive it. Just keep any email exchange as proof and submit it with your application.
