So as all of you probably know, MS&E at Columbia is a new program, and thus there is very little information on it on the web. I just wanted to hear what you guys think of this program. From the program's website, it seems like it's something in between MSFE and MSOR.
I've read that students can take FE courses as electives, and they can structure their curriculum towards finance, but of course it does not carry the same brand as MSFE. How competitive do you think the MS&E students are against MSFE and MSOR students at Columbia for financial positions?
And anybody else considering MS&E?
