Hello all,

I'm planning to apply to the msor program for fall 2019 and was wondering if there is any admissions stats on this program @Andy Nguyen ? Also, I'm applying as I'm not sure if I can get into the MFE program, is that a good/not good idea (i.e is there deferrals for people who apply to the mfe to the msor program )?

I've seen at least two cases where the applicant applied to the mfe program and was referred to the msor program.

Thanks for the reply, another thing I wanted to know is that do you think I have a better shot if I just apply to msor vs mfe and then getting deferred. Because I rather have more choices than less when it's all said and done. I'm already applying for a lot of top mfe's so I just want sort of a "safety school".

Yeah I have some safe schools, but I’m applying for the MAFN program which is also very good and I rather get into more schools and have a wider range of options instead of applying to the mfe and have a higher risk of not getting in anywhere.
