Complete Bachelor degree and work or go to MS program?

Hi Everyone

I'm a 3rd year Investment Science Major at UFS(South-Africa), and I'd like to know if its advisable to enter in a graduate program next year and pursue Honors at a later stage, or finish my M.Sc, then start working..

Did you mean to say "finish BS and start working"?
If so, it's a better route than to go straight to graduate school. Several reasons have been mentioned by more experienced people here: you will have much better motivation/reason to go to graduate school later. You are also have a stronger profile with relevant work experience when you apply to MS programs.
