Does a Wharton MBA help Quant ?

I'm 33 now and already have a MSc Finance degree from mid level UK School. I have admit from Wharton MBA ( 2 years)......I'm not sure if it is a worthwhile plunge though. By the time I will be out I shall be 35.
Does a Wharton MBA help or is it just lightweight or a 1 year program like Insead seem more logical for some managerial exposure?
 
Man......

35 is a reasonable age for MBA. Wharton means tooooooooo much.

I don't know your experience and situation, but you could find the answer by asking yourself: "what I want? why go back school?".
