FPGA engineer seeking an opportunity in HFT

Hi guys,
I have been going FPGA work for 5 years, I am currently enrolled in Stevens MFE. I really want to get evolved in HFT, where do I look for jobs? I have googled and googled and I mainly run into recruiters. Can someone give me some advice?

Most of the high end quant jobs are posted by recruiters but that is just how it is in this industry. There are few that postings by the actual companies so you can try those. I hope this helps and good luck with your job search!
