Georgia Tech QCF Website Issues

I was looking into the program and noticed that recently it seems I have been denied access to the QCF website. I just wanted to see if anyone had experience with this issue or if it is widespread. If I just go to the general website and go to the admissions page is just brings up an access denied page.
