hey money,I might be wrong on this, but I think if they didn't let you know that you are being considered for MSOR after your initial MS&E decision, then it's probably a no (similar to MSFE that were directed to MSOR perhaps?). But you can always contact the admissions office directly and I am sure they can give you a concrete answer. Best of luck and sorry about the decision.
