Michigan MFE GRE verbal score?

University of Michigan's website says they require, a min GRE Verbal score of 153?.. http://isd.engin.umich.edu/degree-programs/financial-engineering/how-to-apply.htm
But there are people on the quantnet tracker who have got admits, even though their verbal score is less then the minimum required.. Is it only for the 2014 applicants?

On the other hand, their required GRE Q minimum is 155 which is very low. Usually, MFE programs have a policy of not explicitly state any admission score requirement so just apply even if your score is borderline on the verbal part. As the tracker stats show, people got in.
