Help deciding

I applied to both Oklahoma State University and Uchicago. OSU has offered me admission with an RA (tuition waiver) but Uchicago hasn't responded. I obviously prefer Uchicago. I don't know if I should just take OSU's offer or keep waiting for Uchicago's response and hope I'm admitted.
