internship opportunity in countries without working permit

Hi, all:
I'm reading a MFE program in US as an international student.
I'm seeking summer intern for 2014.
I saw numbers of intern opportunities in London and Canada.
But I'm not authorized working there and don't have valid working visa.
What is the chance to get a intern position in London and Canada under this situation?
