Job in IB

[Pythonian]

I have a great experience in building MBS/ ABS, interest rate models and other modeling technique, I also have strong programming skills from SAS, C++, C#, VBA and most important Python. I have been trying to get a role in IB especially high frequency trading models but I am running into a brick wall since I don't have Phd, I have MS in stats. Any thoughts on how I can break in IB?
