Description of Position:
The individual in this position will be expected to contribute significantly toward sustaining a successful Financial Mathematics Master’s program. Responsibilities will include:
a strong academic background from a top-tier school, with a PhD degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or an engineering discipline
extensive experience working in investment management in finance-related firms
Degree: PhD (minimum)
Preferred Field of Degree: Mathematical Finance
Experience: 10 years in the financial industry

Description of Position:
The individual in this position will be expected to contribute significantly toward sustaining a successful Financial Mathematics Master’s program. Responsibilities will include:
- teaching courses in financial mathematics
- aiding in the recruitment and admissions process for incoming students
- helping to guide the process of curriculum development
- advising students enrolled in the program
- establishing and maintaining links to the finance industry with the goals of
- developing internship opportunities for students
- identifying research topics of relevance to industry
- helping to build and maintain an advisory committee
- facilitating placement of graduating students
a strong academic background from a top-tier school, with a PhD degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or an engineering discipline
extensive experience working in investment management in finance-related firms
- familiarity with analysis of fixed-income securities, equity securities, and/or options and derivatives
- excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to think critically and objectively
