LSE Summer Program

I am a Computer Engineering senior student at University of Texas. I am planning my grad study in Financial Engineering / Quant Finance with my target schools being (in order of preference)

1. Princeton University
2. MIT
3. UCLA
4. NYU / NYU-Poly

Apart from having done two internships in my major, I have also done a non-credit summer program in Business at University of Colorado Boulder (CUBIC Program). I have now got admission to the London School of Economics for their Summer school program on "Options, Futures and other Financial Derivatives" (http://www.lse.ac.uk/study/summerSchools/summerSchool/courses/accountingAndFinance/AF360.aspx ). I would like to know if doing this summer program at LSE will enhance my chances of admission since I do not have either Internship in Finance or done undergrad in Business.
